Ground Delivery via USPS is $7.00 within the continental United States and Canada. If purchasing more than one item shipping charges may be combined. If you wish to have a different shipping service feel free to email or call, and we will be happy to accommodate. However, air and other more expensive methods will include an added fee for the difference in price.
For shipping outside the continental United States and Canada rates vary. Below are our standard prices for some countries Default Shipping for International Orders is USPS The default for International orders will now be USPS and a shipping charge of $40 will be added to your order. International shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks shipping time. | Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product being sold, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of the size and color you want before ordering. |
| Dress Availability |
| Availability can change daily as prom season hits its peak. Make your selection early if possible. We have a large inventory of prom dresses that is continually replenished throughout the year. If we have temporarily sold out or your dress choice in the size and color ordered, we will notify you immediately. |
| Billing |
| Online orders can be charged via pay pal to your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Your card will be charged in US dollars. If you do not wish to use paypal, you may call Butterflies at (205) 841-5818 to place your order over the phone. Please also note charges for non-US delivery as discussed above. Also note that some non-US countries will charge duty and other taxes to some orders when they arrive in your country. |
| Size |
Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. We try to make as many available right here as possible. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can’t let it out if you order too small. If your measurements are on the border it is usually wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit. Please don’t hesitate to email or call Butterflies if you have any size questions. How to measure- - Bust: have someone measure the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: have someone measure your natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.
